We are a private investment company, with investment
executives and senior managers each of whom have over ten years of business
experience in finance, marketing and IT solutions management and
development and turnaround management. We have investment guideline preferences from $100,000 USD to a maximum of $1,000,000 USD with ability to finance up to
$10,000,000 USD through
external third party asset based finance
specialists. We purchase companies in all stages of development
including early stage, rescue/turnaround, public to private, MBI, but
not start-up stage.

Investment Holdings invest in all industry sectors, especially property
development, specialty food/health manufacturing and packaging,
information technology, computer services, internet technology, industrail manufacturing/products and services, multimedia/advertising,
marketing/publishing/printing, financial services outsourcing, home
improvement/design firms, and specialized engineering firms. Our present
portfolio consists of eight active companies and fourteen inactive shell
companies with projected revenue for the 2008 calendar year of
$ 5,000,000 USD. There are presently three further acquisitions based
in Western and Eastern Europe, as of August 2008, which are under
contract or due diligence with additional probable revenue of $
20,000,000 USD in 2009. Geographic locations of our portfolio is
Western/Eastern Europe and Canada/USA.

We are a socially responsible organization that invests in what we
believe in. Ethical investments are our only priority. We do not invest
directly or indirectly in companies involved in:
- military development and procurement
- IT solutions for military purposes
- tobacco manufacturing and associated industries
- companies exploiting people through the payment of low wages or the
provisions of poor working conditions
- companies exploiting people through transfer of technology and
equipment to lower cost nations with poorer
working conditions.
- discrimination by way of race, religion or sex in employment, marketing
or advertising practices
- commodities such as land, mining/processing precious metals and
minerals for the purpose of speculative gain
